GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS for online purchases of WIZZO from the www.wizzo.eu website
All prices are VALUE ADDED TAX INCLUDED and valid only for online purchases. Delivery costs are excluded.
The photographic images, colours and characteristics presented in this catalogue may not correspond exactly to the versions on sale.
We reserve the right to make modifications without notification in advance.
All merchandise has an accompanying document (receipt-invoice). Customers are requested to check the details they provide for invoicing are correct when the order is made as, once the invoice is made, another cannot be issued.
All our products are guaranteed for two years from the date of the receipt-invoice. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use (see warnings).
The following systems can be used to make payments:
- Bank transfer (in advance): The merchandise will be sent only when the transfer is credited to our bank account. Details for payment: WESS ITALIA SRL Iban: IT57B0603010742000046362332
- Cash on delivery: via courier for a maximum amount of 500.00 euros. Cash-on-delivery payments feature a 10% surcharge on the total amount of the order.
- The following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB and POSTEPAY pre-paid card (VIA THE PAYPAL PLATFORM).
- PayPal: with transaction carried out directly on the PayPal server guaranteed by VeriSign.
All transactions carried out on payment-redirection sites (Credit Agricole and PayPal) are protected.
WESS ITALIA SRL and its staff cannot in any way learn of the numbers and codes of clients' credit cards.
Delivery costs are calculated on the basis of the weight, size and destination as indicated individually in each product. Surcharges for islands and costs of storage and redelivery are excluded.
The merchandise is delivered to the door at street level.
Delivery costs for orders from abroad should be agreed before purchase with our sales office after requesting an estimate from the firstname.lastname@example.org email address WESS ITALIA s.r.l. takes responsibility for transport risks regarding eventual damage, theft or loss of dispatched merchandise (from our warehouse up to delivery to the customer).
CONDITION OF THE MERCHANDISE:
When delivered, please check the condition of the package. If it has been tampered with or is damaged, refuse to accept the merchandise, stating the reason in writing. Contact WESS ITALIA s.r.l. via the email@example.com email address to have the merchandise sent again with no additional cost.
Directions on accepting the package will follow via email.
It is a priority of WESS ITALIA s.r.l. to complete orders correctly and in the shortest time possible with utmost care and the use of top Italian express couriers.
RIGHT OF RESCISSION:
Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, regarding consumer protection with distance contracts states that the consumer has the unconditional right to rescission. The customer is obliged to return the purchased product, if they have received it, in perfect condition in its original packaging and must pay the return delivery cost.
The seller will reimburse the consumer the price of the product, if it has been paid. The seller reserves the right to detract the cost of repackaging (if the original was damaged or lost). Therefore, customers are advised to keep the original packaging for the period in which it is possible to exercise the right to rescission.
The right to rescission can be exercised at any time after the purchase procedure is completed up to, and not beyond, 15 working days after the merchandise has been received, via written communication of the desire to exercise this right.
The customer is required to send written, signed communication via registered mail within this deadline to: WESS ITALIA SRL - Via Regina Margherita 121, Lucca – 55100.
This letter should include the details of the bank or postal account for the reimbursement of the sum, only for the acquisition of the returned merchandise. Along with sending this letter, the client must also return the merchandise, via courier or other means, in a package that is adequate to ensure it does not get damaged during transportation.
The products and the written communication must be sent within 15 working days (Saturday included) of the merchandise being received to the following address: WESS ITALIA SRL - Via Regina Margherita 121, Lucca -55100.
The client is obliged to pay the cost of sending the merchandise.
Only Private Clients who buy the merchandise for purposes not related to their economic and working activities can exercise the right to rescission, providing their tax code for the invoicing, not a VAT code.
WESS ITALIA s.r.l. will pay back the customer the amount paid in the invoice regarding the returned product, excluding delivery and-or cash-on-delivery costs (if present) within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
The buyer loses the right to rescission in the following cases:
Failure to meet the condition regarding the product (package and-or contents) being in tact in cases in which WESS ITALIA s.r.l., establishes that the goods were not used correctly, including in part;
- Lack of external packaging and-or the original internal packaging;
- Absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts etc);
- Product damage for causes other than transport;
- Purchases carried out for professional use with the issue of an invoice
